- Conducting approximately 15 expert interviews on H2 utilization, H2 infrastructure, and waste heat utilization with companies and researchers
- Planning and organizing two user workshops to facilitate knowledge transfer and networking for participating and interested businesses and authorities
- Developing economically viable and innovative application cases with a focus on implementation by 2035, serving as the foundation for a EUREGIO H2 strategy
- Final event for all interested stakeholders and network partners to discuss key findings and agree on the next steps

- Addressing the shortage of skilled workers in the Clean Tech sector: regional networking of technology providers, applied research, and vocational training institutions
- Establishment of a regional H2 production and sales market
- Identification of additional H2 contingents for decentralized supply within the EUREGIO
