INNO.CIRCLE

INNO.CIRCLE specifically supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in further developing or redesigning their products and business models in line with the principles of the circular economy.

As part of INNO.CIRCLE, a prototype for a new coaching program is being developed and tested in a pilot run with 25 companies from the regions of South Tyrol, Tyrol, and Salzburg. If the feedback is positive, the INNO.CIRCLE coaching program will be offered in the regions on a long-term basis.

INNO.CIRCLE helps participating SMEs identify specific areas for innovation in products and business models and prepare for their implementation. To ensure the best possible outcomes, INNO.CIRCLE connects companies with implementation partners such as businesses, universities, or startups and assists in identifying suitable funding programs.

Methodologically, INNO.CIRCLE combines practical digital tools with individual coaching and collaborative formats that promote interregional experience sharing among SMEs (peer learning). Additionally, INNO.CIRCLE offers participating companies access to a curated knowledge pool, providing information on the circular economy, its regulatory framework, and best practice examples.

Since the circular economy requires a holistic view of the product life cycle, networking and open innovation formats that consider the entire value chain are essential components of INNO.CIRCLE, setting it apart from traditional consulting services.
