The Interreg project SMASH – Smart Attraction System for human potential aims to provide help for self-help. This includes concrete tips and start-up aids such as checklists for balancing family and career, a social media guide and tips for increasing the proportion of women. In addition, the necessary knowledge is to be expanded through workshops and network meetings. The involvement of experts is intended to provide new impetus.

Project objectives
- The aim is to create help for self-help, which contains tips and start-up aids (e.g. checklists for reconciling family and career, social media guide, tips for increasing the proportion of women)
- To this end, best practice examples from the region and beyond will first be collected in order to derive suitable measures and compile them into a toolbox.
- In addition, a prototype of an analysis tool will be created that evaluates the current situation of the respective company and proposes suitable solutions.
- The catalog of measures and analysis tool will be further developed together with interested companies and adapted to individual requirements.
- The final tools and formats will be transferred to the project partners’ regular operations as a finished service offering.
